Message from SWCRS Officers: The SWCRS Board of Directors asks conference attendees to be aware that our meeting rooms are rated according to the number of sleeping rooms reserved for conference attendees. It is important that you stay at the Marriott DFW. If members do not reserve enough hotel rooms, our conference room rental charges will be prorated to a significantly higher rate.
